The service

Finninza Analyst provides AI-assisted financial analysis: it reads the data sources you connect (read-only), runs analysis in an isolated environment, and produces reports in which every published figure is verified against your source data. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the agreement between you and Finninza for use of the service, including use as an end-user license (EULA) for any client software we provide.

Your account and workspace

• You sign in with your work email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email addresses you invite to your workspace and for the access tiers you grant them.
• Your organization owns its workspace data. We process it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

Connected platforms

• You may connect third-party platforms (QuickBooks Online, Google Drive, Stripe). You confirm you are authorized to grant Finninza read access to that data on behalf of your organization.
• Connections are read-only. You can disconnect a source at any time in Settings, which removes its files from your project and revokes the platform token where applicable.
• Your use of each connected platform remains governed by that platform's own terms.

Reports are analysis, not advice

Finninza Analyst produces analytical reports derived from the data you provide. Outputs are not accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice, and do not replace review by a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions made using the service's outputs. While the service verifies figures against source data and withholds figures it cannot verify, you remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the source data you connect.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access another organization's data, probe or circumvent security, resell the service without an agreement, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Don't connect data you have no right to process.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the security of your data without notice.

Fees

Paid plans are billed per your organization's subscription. We will give workspace owners reasonable notice of price changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finninza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination we delete your workspace data per the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes we will update this page and its effective date, and notify workspace owners by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
